Yoga increases vitality and concentration and using both continuity and flow it can articulate the whole body. With Yoga heat develops so the muscles are softened, joints are opened, flexibility increases while fat and toxic deposits are melted. Stamina is also built up in the muscles so they function more efficiently without building bulk. Learn a daily routine of warm-up, detoxifying and breathing techniques and asanas to support and strengthen your organs.
