T’ai Chi
The concept of Chi our vital energy is central to Chinese medicine and exercise. This ancient soft martial art gives us the mastery to control and enhance the flow of chi within ourselves and concentrate this power to be used for healing or self-defence. T’ai Chi for Children
For thousands of years the Chinese have placed great emphasis on the study of nature and animals. These give us exciting opportunities to help children express themselves, make learning fun and give them skills for life. Exercises which help to improve confidence, balance, co-ordination, suppleness, breathing, calmness and concentration with interactive games and stories told through movement which encourage integration and self awareness.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is distinguished by attention to alignment and the thoughtful sequencing of poses, which creates a free flowing energy that tones, detoxifies and heals the body’s systems. It promotes mental alertness and inner balance on the all levels of our being so become simultaneously more energized and more rested, serenely able to balance effort and grace in your life as in your practice.
Pilates
Movements that combine toning, stretching and coordinating in such a way that with regular practice your fitness, strength, mobility, flexibility, awareness and posture are greatly improved.
Shiatsu
Traditionally in China and Japan people regularly gave each other Shiatsu to ease away aches and pains, increase stamina, relieve tension alleviate a wide range of common ailments. A deep and relaxing treatment using the same principles as acupuncture but instead of needles palms and thumbs are used to stimulate pressures points and work along the energy pathwaysof the body. Shiatsu is given fully clothed and is fun to both give and receive so each person can develop their own healing energy and share their increasing levels of health and vitality with others.
