A brief introduction to Health and Personality profiles to uncover your strengths and challenges using 'face reading' techniques. This subject will be explored in greater depth on Day 2

Further Techniques

A combination of mind & body exercise techniques will be included on both days. These will be practical exercise techniques that have been used for centuries to energize brain function, balance emotions and encourage relaxation. They will combine aspects of Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga & Feldenkrais and address such issues as detoxification, stress management and team building.

Course Outline: Day 2

Energy Management

Revisit Stress & Energy Management techniques explored on Day 1, providing an opportunity for delegates to discuss their own experiences when using these techniques and addressing any queries/issues that may have arisen

Personality and health profiles: will assist you in uncovering more about the human personality, health and inherited and constitutional strengths and challenges using a combination 'face and body reading' techniques. This will help you to understand yourself and others on a deeper level and avoid misunderstandings and destructive conflicts

Use these profiles for team building: matching the right person to a particular task and thereby maximizing on talents within the team

How to work, support and mediate with different personality types

The work/life balance

De-stress the environment in which you work

The use of Essential Oils in self and energy management

Further Techniques

Additional mind & body exercise techniques will be included on this day. We will also examine posture, devise personal action plans for both well-being and fitness and examine the issue of neuro associations to assist you in achieving your goals.

Before we can understand and manage others positively, we must first have a confident & flexible understanding of our own self-management. Therefore, due to the volume of revolutionary material to be covered during the course and to gain a full understanding of this material, we recommend that delegates attend both days.
By attending both days, delegates will be fully equipped to manage themselves and those around them, thereby increasing their business efficiency & confidence.
